What is the normal shipping time?
Delivery times will vary case by case, but a typical shipping time for a local piece of artwork would be between 3-5 business days from the booking. If a piece requires production time, this will have to be factored in as well. International shipping timelines will vary.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available for sales only. International art rentals are not available on Partial.
Do you ship everywhere in Canada?
Yes, shipping across Canada is available for sales only. Art rentals outside of local areas are not available on Partial.
Is the shipping fee included in the final payment?
Upon checkout, a breakdown will outline the rental/purchase price as well as the shipping fees, insurance, and applicable taxes.
What do I do if the art piece arrives broken or in bad shape?
The first thing to do would be to notify the artist and also submit a case number to us at customercare@partial.gallery as soon as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved with the artist, our team is here to assist.
Can I track my order?
Tracking is available for long-distance shipping of art sales, but with local art rental/sales (encouraged), this is made much simpler as you will be coordinating directly with the artist for arrangements through Partial.
Do you have a return policy in the art work?
Trying the artwork in a space for 3 months is a great way to trial out a piece before committing to it. However, should you change your mind within the first 28 days of your rental, you may request shortening it to just 1 month and you will be billed a $35 cancellation fee. Your first month rental is non-refundable. We do not accept returns for artwork purchases.
